The Museum Ritter’s central mission is presenting and educating on art and the friendly, courteous care of our visitors.
A broad spectrum of different programs is designed to inspire and stimulate a dialogue between the viewer and the work of art. Our offerings appeal to various types of visitors and present varied possibilities to experience art. There are special forms of education for children and teenagers, varied programs for adults, and discussions with the artists who represent the majority of our program.
Each visitor receives a free audio guide to the museum with his or her admission ticket. This allows the visitor to listen to basic information about our museum’s main works, independent of the guided tours.
